Tell us about a time when you had to address concerns related to waste management in resource management. How did you approach it?

In my previous role as an intern at a national park, I had the opportunity to address concerns related to waste management in resource management. One issue we faced was the improper disposal of waste by visitors, which was impacting the natural environment. To address this, I took the initiative to develop an educational campaign on proper waste disposal and conducted workshops for park visitors. I also collaborated with the park management to install additional waste bins and signage throughout the park. These efforts resulted in a significant decrease in litter and improved waste management practices within the park.
