All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

7. User Content

Our Services may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content such as resumes, profiles, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Jobya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of our Services
