I have some experience working with diverse populations. In my previous role as a residence life coordinator, I interacted with students from various backgrounds and cultures. I facilitated programs and events that celebrated diversity and promoted inclusivity in the residence halls. I also provided support and resources to students facing challenges related to cultural differences. My experience working with diverse populations helped me develop cultural competency and a deeper understanding of diversity issues.
