One time, I worked as part of a team and independently to achieve a community engagement goal was when I was involved in organizing a charity fundraiser for a local nonprofit organization. As part of the team, we brainstormed ideas for the event, divided tasks among ourselves, and collaborated to ensure everything ran smoothly. I took on the responsibility of managing the event's social media promotion and creating content for our online platforms. On my own, I reached out to local businesses to secure sponsorships and donations, as well as personally engaging with community members to raise awareness about the event. Through the combined efforts of the team and my individual contributions, we successfully raised a significant amount of funds for the organization and increased community involvement.

One example that comes to mind is when I worked with a team of volunteers to organize a community clean-up event. As part of the team, we developed a detailed plan, assigned specific responsibilities, and communicated regularly to ensure everyone was on the same page.
