In my previous role as a Technology Support Specialist, I had a project where I had to set up a new computer lab for a local school. I was given the responsibility to handle everything independently, from selecting the hardware and software to installing and configuring the systems. It required me to research the best options within the budget, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that everything was set up properly. I also had to troubleshoot any issues that arose during the process. It was a rewarding experience as I had the freedom to make decisions and see the project through from start to finish.
