What project management methodologies are you familiar with?

I am familiar with Agile project management methodology. In my previous role as an IT Strategy Analyst, I used Agile to manage projects and ensure timely delivery. I worked closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements. Through daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, we were able to maintain a high level of transparency and collaboration. Agile allowed us to quickly adapt to changing requirements and prioritize deliverables. Overall, it was a highly effective methodology that promoted efficiency and customer satisfaction.
