Tell us about a time when you had to revise existing curricula to improve clarity and efficacy. What changes did you make?

In my previous role as a Curriculum Developer, I had the opportunity to revise existing curricula to improve clarity and efficacy. One project that stands out is when I was tasked with updating a math curriculum for middle school students. To enhance clarity, I simplified complex concepts by breaking them down into smaller, more digestible parts. I also revised the language used in the curriculum to make it more student-friendly. To improve efficacy, I incorporated more hands-on activities and real-world examples to help students better understand the practical applications of math. Overall, the changes I made resulted in increased student engagement and improved learning outcomes.
