In my previous role as an Injection Molding Operator, I implemented continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and improve quality in the manufacturing environment. One example of this was when I noticed a recurring issue with mold variations that were causing defects in the final products. I took the initiative to research and identify potential root causes, such as machine settings and material inconsistencies. After analyzing the data, I collaborated with the production team and quality control department to develop a solution. We implemented a stricter monitoring process to ensure consistent machine settings and established a regular mold maintenance schedule.
