In my previous role as an Education Data Analyst, I had the opportunity to work closely with educators to understand their data needs. To provide support in the decision-making process, I conducted data workshops with the teachers to help them interpret the data and identify potential interventions. I also created visualizations and reports to communicate the findings effectively.
