When it comes to handling criticism of my work, I believe it's important to have a growth mindset and see it as an opportunity to learn and improve. One example of receiving constructive criticism was during a character design project for a video game. My supervisor pointed out that the proportions of one of the characters were a bit off and suggested some adjustments. Instead of getting defensive, I thanked him for his feedback and took the time to carefully study the character's design. I made the necessary changes to the proportions and presented the revised design to my supervisor. He appreciated my willingness to listen and my ability to implement feedback. By being open to criticism and making improvements based on it, I was able to create a stronger and more visually appealing character.
