In my previous position as a Junior Real Estate Developer, I had to communicate effectively with stakeholders during a commercial development project. We were working with architects, engineers, contractors, and the client to ensure the smooth progression of the project. I regularly scheduled meetings and conference calls to discuss project updates, timelines, and any challenges that arose. I also prepared and presented project proposals to stakeholders, highlighting the key features and benefits of the development. Throughout the project, I maintained open lines of communication, addressing any concerns or questions from stakeholders promptly. By staying in constant communication and actively listening to stakeholders' feedback, I was able to build strong relationships and ensure that all parties were aligned on the project goals.
