In my previous role as a Supply Chain Analyst, I was tasked with tracking the impact of changes on overall supply chain performance. One specific instance was when we implemented a new inventory management system. To track its impact, I developed a detailed tracking system using Excel and supply chain management software. I regularly collected data on key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and order cycle time. By comparing these metrics before and after the implementation, I was able to quantify the impact of the changes on the overall supply chain performance.
