I have experience with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. In my previous role as a Virtual Classroom Facilitator, I consistently applied these theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences. For example, I incorporated the principles of experiential learning by designing activities and simulations that allowed participants to apply new knowledge in real-world scenarios. I also utilized the ADDIE model, starting with a thorough analysis of learner needs and then designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the learning program. Additionally, I used Bloom's taxonomy to guide the development of learning objectives and assessments. Overall, my experience in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies has equipped me with the skills to create impactful virtual learning experiences.
