In my previous role as an Urban Sustainability Intern, I had the opportunity to coordinate with various stakeholders to gather input on sustainability initiatives. One specific project involved developing a community garden in an urban neighborhood. I reached out to local residents, community organizations, and city officials to ensure their voices were heard and their needs were met. I organized a series of meetings and workshops where stakeholders could provide input on the design, location, and features of the garden. Additionally, I created an online survey to gather feedback from those who couldn't attend the meetings. By actively listening to their suggestions and incorporating them into the project plan, I was able to ensure that the community garden aligned with the needs and desires of all stakeholders.
