I have some experience working in a team-oriented environment. In my previous job as a server at a restaurant, I worked closely with a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure that we provided efficient and high-quality service to our customers. We would communicate with each other to coordinate the timing of food and drinks, help each other with tasks when it got busy, and support each other to ensure a smooth flow of operations. I felt comfortable working in this team-oriented environment and enjoyed the camaraderie and support we provided to each other.

In my previous role as a Banquet Server, I worked extensively in a team-oriented environment. During events and functions, I collaborated closely with a diverse team consisting of other servers, bartenders, and event coordinators.
