In my first two years as a Benefits Analyst, I hope to gain a deep understanding of employee benefits programs and become proficient in data analysis. I want to learn how to effectively evaluate and administer benefit plans to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the needs of both the company and employees. Additionally, I hope to improve my critical thinking and problem-solving skills through the various responsibilities of the role. Lastly, I aim to develop strong communication and customer service skills as I will be assisting employees with benefits inquiries and complaints.
